camera not showing up on my app
I have 3 cameras only 2 show up on my app not the 3rd one.
after app update the 3 rd camera doesn't show on app

I did try logging out on both phone and iPad, no luck. It shows up on the portal and there is one video that will not play. It normally (6 months ago when working) would send videos to the app that I could view. The app would not let me make any changes to this particular camera, but I have two others that did work and would allow me to make changes.

Probably best to send an email to tech support and see (support@spartancamera.com). Is your phone an iphone or android?
