Camera sending Notifications but no Photos

    Have you looked on the portal to see if the pics are on the portal? If they are on the portal but not on your phone, the problem is probably that the app does not have permission to access photos on your phone.

    Are you sure that the notifications are for pictures and not status reports? What is the time and date of your last status report?

    Hi John, last status report was 5-25-21 same as last photo received.

    Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the help. The portal shows last photo on 5-25-21 as well as the app. I get notifications regularly each day but no data or photos. Im clueless!

    What is the camera model and are you getting your data through Spartan or the carrier directly?

    Do you have, any hidden cameras? Have you ever had any cameras shared to you? That camera has been off the network since 5/25 so it is almost certainly not sending notifications.

    Here are some troubleshooting steps for the app that you should try. This won’t fix whatever problem you have with your camera but it may get rid of the notifications.

    William can you post some pictures of the status reports? You may have to change to desktop view too post from your phone. Please include the very top of the report all the way down to the SD card info at the bottom.
