    Have you check your data plan to make sure it's still active? Is the cameras firmware up to date?

    Can you post a picture of the latest status report please, include everything from the top to the SD card info at the bottom. You may have to set you phone to desktop mode in order to see the insert image icon.

    It will not let me post. Had this issue last forum thread I started. Phone won’t switch to desktop mode. Says the firmware is up to date. 5/18/2023. SD card doesn’t show formatted on the app because it won’t connect to my app. But I formatted it on the camera. Date usage 31mb of 2.0 GB.

    Is the SD card 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card ( not a micro in an adapter) do you happen to have an extra antenna to try? I would also send an email to support@spartancamera.com so they will get in touch with you tomorrow.

    It’s a 32gb Spartan sd card. Using a whip antenna. Got another that lost power 3 days ago and I’ve done everything to get it on. Gonna just RMA them both. They replaced the last one you helped me try to troubleshoot
