As long as the live button is green on the app the camera should respond instantly to commands. If you just set it up sometimes it takes a while for the live stream to activate.

Oh yes, it was flashing, and pictures were being taken also did a live stream test because they showed up in the App. To format it took 5 hours to respond and still has not responded to the request to update the Firmware. My questions had to do with the internal battery which is not charging and some other things that the manual does not cover. These things are pretty normal, and it happens, but the lack of support is telling about the company. My $$$'s are on I will not hear from them until next week with Monday being a holiday and it is almost 4:00pm in Atlanta. I made a mistake with Spartan and now stuck with their equipment but never again.

The internal battery will only charge up to 3.97-4.02 volts depending on what is charging it.

Yes, I know that however, it has been in full sun all day still only 20% and I have batteries in it as well. Going to watch and document this and do some posting on the shooting forums I am on. Hate it when I spend money for what is thought of as a best-in-class product and it turns out to be a dud from a customer support perspective.

What are the internal and external voltages showing on the status report? Don't go by the percentages, go by the actual numbers.

It is out in the sun. Report shows 100% on battery now at 3.22 volts. Still no format and no Firmware update. Oh well learned a good lesson. Thanks for trying to help!

If the battery was low that's probably why the commands didn't execute. Go into the command history and cancel the commands and I wouldn't request them until the Internal battery gets to 3.77 or higher. 3.22 is very very low for the internal battery. What is the voltage showing for external/solar?

Do you have the battery type set correctly in the camera settings in the app?

What voltage is it showing for the solar (external voltage) and did the internal voltage increase at all from the 3.22? If it's not sending pictures you probably didn't get a new status report most likely.

It is sending pictures and will even go live. The voltage is still 3.22 and the external voltage is19.52

Anyone know what MICU Missing means on the firmware update? Finally, did the update but has been hung on this for 45 minutes with the status bar frozen.

You'll have to turn it off and back on. You might have to update the firmware manually now. Here's a link to the updates and instructions.
