Are you getting pictures every minute too?

No pictures and live function not working. Batteries well charged and plenty of data bought. Used the camera no problem last year. I’ve sent a request to reformat the SD card, but not sure if it worked or not. Same SD card it had last year. I’ve gone through my settings and can’t see where anything is wrong. Thank you for any help you can give.

When I look at the status report everything looks fine.

When it sends the constant messages of status reports, there is no record of them in my requests log. I did ask it for a test picture, but I didn’t receive it. Cell signal is fine at 3 bars on Verizon network. This is the camera with multiple carriers.

The GoLives will send a status report if the camera is moved. Is there any chance it's been stolen or on a tree that might be blowing in the wind? Do you have tracker and locator on in the settings? Maybe check the cameras location.

The cameras send a status report with every picture so it's possible the camera has a bad SD card or that it needs the firmware updated. What does it show for the firmware version on the status report and what is the exact camera model?

If the SD card format is successful you should get a picture with an F on the info strip at the bottom of the picture

If it's sending status reports it should get the message to format the card. Is locator and tracker on in the settings?

Yes, I can see it’s location.

I just checked and it’s definitely showing the location. I just wonder if something happened to the SD card. I never took it out of the camera from last year it’s a more expensive 32 gig card for movies and such.

SD card is a 105/62395MB. We had live feed while we were down by the camera yesterday. The “Format” word under the SD card is longer bright yellow but gray.

That means the format is pending

Ok. Does it take a while? I sent the request last evening.

They are great cameras, I’ve had one working constantly for 10 months in the mountains of WV 7 hours from home and no problems whatsoever.

Had the same status report problem. You can turn it off in settings.

It should format when the camera checks in sending a status report or picture

Thomas, you shouldn't be getting status reports constantly without a picture. Yes you can turn the alerts off in the settings but if you keep getting the reports there's something else going on.
