Pics Not sending Help Needed **continued from Old Forum*
Ok just tried switching sim cards and still either camera still says searching network?
Just to make sure i explained properly the 1st camera wasnt sending pics when i renewed my data plan late summer
the 2nd camera was sending but all of a sudden stopped, I assume to a bad sd card
now i have updated sd cards in each, formatted
replaced with new batteries in each
updated firmware in each
switched sim cards
and neither camera is connecting
my at&T data plan for both cameras still shows active until 11/06/2018 and the one camera has 100% data left and the other 90%?
Any other suggestions? thanks for all the help/suggestions!
At this point, I have no idea. With the cameras in setup, please go to the third tab in the camera menu, scroll down to Information.
Is the firmware date current? And is the camera IMEI displayed or is it blank?
Are these ATTB or ATTi cameras?
Model GC-ATTi
HW Ver 52
FW Ver 2018/01/31
IMEI "is blank"

That’s pretty funny :). I have submitted a request just to find out who’s paying attention to that. I thought Johnny, Ross, and I were on the hook, but now I think not. We’ll see. We’ll all find out how that submit a request thing works pretty soon. Here’s hoping that it will be a faster way (right now, anyway) than email or phone.

ricbowen1,
The camera is not able to send pictures if it won’t pass the Hello test. There isn’t any point in trying.
Have you defaulted the camera? Does it have the latest FW?
”System busy” usually means that the camera is not (yet) online or that it is doing something else. Does the camera appear to go online? Have you checked both your data plan and premium credits (if you are using premium)?
