The blank IMEI is the problem. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the fix is. Thanks for copying the other thread over here.

I’ll see if I can find out anything but you may have to contact real tech support.

That’s pretty funny :). I have submitted a request just to find out who’s paying attention to that. I thought Johnny, Ross, and I were on the hook, but now I think not. We’ll see. We’ll all find out how that submit a request thing works pretty soon. Here’s hoping that it will be a faster way (right now, anyway) than email or phone.

Did you try taking the cameras outside and defaulting them and turning them off and back on to see if the IMEI number reappeared?

OK  johnny i did as you said and it did populate the IMEI in the information area!

but it still is just staying in searching network for both cameras?

    any other suggestions?

Two things, try doing a hello test in the cameras menu and also check and make sure that the IMEI number on the cameras information screen matches the IMEI number on the sticker on the camera.

I'm having the same problems as Brian. No Imei and when I ok the hello test, it says system busy.

    Pictures won't send, just "sending..."

    ricbowen1,

The camera is not able to send pictures if it won’t pass the Hello test. There isn’t any point in trying.

Have you defaulted the camera? Does it have the latest FW?

”System busy” usually means that the camera is not (yet) online or that it is doing something else. Does the camera appear to go online? Have you checked both your data plan and premium credits (if you are using premium)?
