Any help appreciated, Camera not sending status report and not getting any pictures. Batteries just replaced, we have plenty of credits using the Premium service. Our other camera is working fine.

    Also, which model camera? GC-what? There are several models of 4G Verizon cameras.

    We need an actual firmware date. Unfortunately, “not that long ago” doesn’t tell us what we need to know.

    What brand, capacity, class (4 or 10), size (needs to be standard, not micro) SD card? Formatted in camera?

    Does the camera go online?

    Does it pass the Hello test? (Camera in setup mode, online, fourth tab scroll down to diagnostics, Hello test)

    What happens when you take/send a manual photo? (Camera online, in setup mode, point it at something, press OK to take pic, OK to send, what does it do?)

    The latest firmware for that camera is 8/14/2018.

    The instructions for downloading and applying the firmware manually (which is what you need to do since the camera won’t go online) are here:

    help!!  Its stuck in FW updating mode... Says not to power off.. Its been running for 1 1/2 hours.. What to do??

    Power it off for a few seconds, the put it back in setup mode. It may continue with the update.
