AT&T Camera not sending text pictures anyone else having problems?

    Looking into it, have only one other report of someone with the same problem so it doesn't appear to be the same thing as before.

    Mine is doing the same thing.  I have 7 cameras and none of them are sending any photos.  Since yesterday @ 4 CST.

    Checked all batteries and settings and everything is correct and fully charged batteries.

    TeriBrown are you using the app or getting the pictures by text or email? If email what cell phone carrier?

    Your problem is probably different from the others in this thread. You may want to start a new thread.

    Have you checked to be sure you still have premium credits?

    I have checked everything!!!! I have some on premium and some not! NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING!! My covert cameras are working fine but my SPARTAN are not working at all!!!!

    TeriBrown have you looked to see if the pictures are getting to the portal? Are all your cameras the same model number? What are the camera model number(s)

    How is this different??  All of my cameras are ATT cameras.  There were working fine until yesterday around 4pm CST.  I have some on premium with the app and some that just text me the pics.  All of them text me the pics.  NOTHING IS WORKING.

    TeriBrown yours is different because you aren't getting pics sent to you by text, app or being sent to the online portal correct? The others experiencing this this problem are getting their pics sent to the app, portal and receiving them through email just not getting them texted to their ATT cell phones.

    Ok, then you probably do have the same problem as everyone else. You do understand why we thought it was different because when I asked you if the pictures were being sent to the portal you said they weren't going anywhere. Tech is working on the issue and I expect to hear from them and have it resolved soon.

    I haven’t had a pic sent to me since the 22nd, I just found out yesterday when I saw pics on my sd card that didn’t send. I walked past cam, it took the pic but is not sending at all

    If you are using premium (app and portal), have you checked your premium credits?

    If it’s an AT&T camera, is the data plan still good?

    If you are using premium, you may want to set some scheduled events so that the camera checks in at set times. That way, you catch on pretty quickly if the camera has quit sending. It may miss something once in a while but if it missed two or three scheduled events in a row, you know something is going on.
