Two cams no longer power up

    Try the “Submit a request” option in the menu at the top of the page. That’s a direct “in” to the new ticket system, which you will be able to track.

     Have you tried a different memory card in the cameras? Or even try with the card removed.

    Yes battery's swapping SD cards nothing it will not light up either screen . And I did submit a Request as well .

     

    Sorry to say but all in all its shame that the customer service is so poor with Spartan . I just ordered two new coverts . I hope they will warranty these and I will resell them ,  Other cams are more yes but when I call some one is there to answer the phone that has not been the case with spartan for some time now .
