    they are brand new less than 2 months old.. yes, I purchased 12 credits.

    I need help I have called left a message, sent on online request for help. ..no resonse from anyone. I have 3 cameras, the two old ones are working fine sending pics to my email. I have a brand new vzgo cam and was using premium and getting pics sent to the app. No pics coming for days now. new batteries, verizon service, hello test works..IT iS SO FRUSTRATING to not get a reaponse from
    spartan. please help
