Have you checked the data on your AT&T plan? That’s probably not the problem, but it’s always good to check.

Does the camera pass the Hello test? In setup, with the camera logged in to the network, fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test.

What brand, capacity, and class (4 or 10) SD card? If the camera has been working, the SD card is probably not the problem, but it’s worth checking.

Yea, the data is good. The camera will not pass the Hello test due to the signal not being connected.

Im using San Disk Class 4, it is the same one that has always been in there. I tried it with another Class 4 card and nothing. I don't have a Class 10 card.

One thing I did notice is that my premium credit history did not charge me for this month. The period ended 11-18-18 and it did not deduct a credit from 11-18-18 to 12-18-18. This is when the camera battery was dead. But I thought it should still deduct a point. I have 9 credits left so that is good. My ATT plan does not run out until May.

It will not deduct the credit until the camera checks in

To add to what Johnny says, it won’t deduct a credit until it sends a photo, not just checks in.
