Test photos not sending
Ive recently set up my cameras and walked by them a few times to test them out. I have 5 or so pics on the SD cards on all cams but they are not sending the pics to mobile app or email. Ive trouble shot all email related issues and done everything that Im told to in what I could find. I then did a test photo on one of the cams just as instructed. When I tried sending the test pic it would say, "sending, Retrying, retrying, retrying, failed". It did this several times before I just cut it off and started the arduous process of trying to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and yes, there are 5 full bars on the service. You may need to update the FW. You’ll have to do it manually.

Default the camera and turn it off and back on and try again. Make sure the memory card is a class 10 and 32gb or smaller and make sure in the settings that power save is turned on. You might also want to check with Verizon and be sure they added a "customer supplied device" to your account.
