Are the pictures on the portal?

What kind of batteries are you using? What’s the P number of the last few night pics?

Is the camera still sending status reports?

What’s the portal? And I’m running lithium energizers, and I don’t have the last few night pics it took, I deleted them... and yes I’m still receiving status reports

The portal is the web site, www, spartancamera, com.

There’s usually no reason to delete pics. On the app, Settings, and set purge days. I use 7 but you may want a lower number. After that number of days, your pictures will be deleted automatically.

Is there any chance you are out of premium credits? Account, Premium Credits, Check Credits.

another possibility is a bad SD card.

The pictures that I had got on the app are on the portal up to the last one I received on my app, I have 7 credits left, I always run sandisk brand 16gb cards, never had a problem until a couple days ago

The camera is still taking pictures like it’s supposed to and saving them to the SD card it’s just not delivering them to the app

Look at the picture numbers on the portal. Are they all the same or are they sequential?

    They all say P5

Not that number. P5 is the power level on the info strip. Johnny is asking about the actual file name numbers. See the numbers in the names below each picture? These numbers are consecutive. If your camera is set to photo + video, they will be every other number because the video gets the number in between. Do your pictures have different numbers or the same number?

They are in order on the portal

Okay, that means that the SD card is probably okay. If the numbers were the same, that would indicate that the SD card is bad.

If it is still sending status reports, it’s still connected. What is the date/time shown on the last status report? What is the battery voltage?

On the portal, are there any pictures, especially night pictures, with a P number other than 5?

A missing or damaged antenna will make a camera go completely offline, so that doesn’t seem a likely cause. Besides, I think your dad would have commented to you if the antenna was missing.

Which model camera (GC-what?)? Is the firmware current (check the status report page in the app)?

Latest status report was on the 23, at 17:06, can’t get it to send a newer one than that, camera model GC-Z4Gb [70146]

You can try going in to the cameras menu and defaulting it, also make sure that power save is turned on in the settings (that you can check from the app). If you'd like you can email me your portal log in information and I'll take a look at things for you. My email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com

I'm having the exact same problem. Pictures are on the sd card but cant get them to deliver through Premium. I have 3 other cameras that are all working fine. This one just stopped delivering pictures.

What troubleshooting have you tried? Are the pics getting to the portal? When was the last status report?

Changing batteries, on/off multiple times, requesting and receiving a manual status report. Pictures are not getting to the portal.

I have 2 out of 13 cams doing the same thing all of a sudden. Drove out and changed batteries and cards. Nothing.

    Jeremylangevin1 and Damon,

Have y’all checked your premium credits if you aren’t using Spartan data plans? Did you try taking/sending a manual photo (with camera in setup and logged into the network, point it at something and press OK to take a photo, then OK again to send it, what does the screen say)?

    Is your firmware current?

Sorry for the delay, this is now a high priority for me to get working. I have plenty of premium credits. Just took another manual photo. Screen said sending 1/10 and then failed to send. Firmware says its current.

Have you tried a different SD card? Name brand (SanDisk preferred), class 10 (not 4 or 6), standard size (not microSD/adapter), 32 G or less, preferably 80 ms or faster transfer speed, formatted in the camera?

Currently using a Sandisk Ultra Plus 32GB 80MB/s V10. I feel like I've already tried another disk but will do so now.

I have a brand new card like I just mentioned. How do I format in the camera?

Figured out how to format. Took a test photo. Said Sending 1/6. Then got a code of - Failed140

Maybe that request was one you had made previously. If you got it by email but not one to the app or portal then make sure that the camera is set to premium and not auto.

That shows that both the settings update and status report request were cancelled.

Is the camera passing the Hello test? With it connected to the network, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test?
