Failing to deliver pictures from camera to app
My spartan has been doing amazing for several months now until just a couple days ago, it’s still taking pictures and saving them to the SD card but is failing to send them to the app, I’m 1000 miles away from it working right now so my old man is trying to figure it out but isn’t very technology smart, help me out

The portal is the web site, www, spartancamera, com.
There’s usually no reason to delete pics. On the app, Settings, and set purge days. I use 7 but you may want a lower number. After that number of days, your pictures will be deleted automatically.
Is there any chance you are out of premium credits? Account, Premium Credits, Check Credits.
another possibility is a bad SD card.

Not that number. P5 is the power level on the info strip. Johnny is asking about the actual file name numbers. See the numbers in the names below each picture? These numbers are consecutive. If your camera is set to photo + video, they will be every other number because the video gets the number in between. Do your pictures have different numbers or the same number?

Okay, that means that the SD card is probably okay. If the numbers were the same, that would indicate that the SD card is bad.
If it is still sending status reports, it’s still connected. What is the date/time shown on the last status report? What is the battery voltage?
On the portal, are there any pictures, especially night pictures, with a P number other than 5?
A missing or damaged antenna will make a camera go completely offline, so that doesn’t seem a likely cause. Besides, I think your dad would have commented to you if the antenna was missing.
Which model camera (GC-what?)? Is the firmware current (check the status report page in the app)?

You can try going in to the cameras menu and defaulting it, also make sure that power save is turned on in the settings (that you can check from the app). If you'd like you can email me your portal log in information and I'll take a look at things for you. My email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com

Jeremylangevin1 and Damon,
Have y’all checked your premium credits if you aren’t using Spartan data plans? Did you try taking/sending a manual photo (with camera in setup and logged into the network, point it at something and press OK to take a photo, then OK again to send it, what does the screen say)?
Is your firmware current?

Said it was requested but don't see it in the portal.
