Unreadable pictures

When the camera sends Pictures they are not visible and I cannot seem to fix it .

Are they fuzzy or is it the image of a lock?

Like completely fuzzy can’t even text they are a picture

That's usually a bad or incompatible memory card. You can try formatting it but it may need to be replaced. Make sure it's a class 10 and 32gb or smaller. I like the 16gb.
