Can’t speak to a real employee
Tried contacting the support number for 2 days and can’t get in touch with anyone about the camera not working properly and would like to speak to a real person regarding it.

What specific model, there's 4 different 4g Verizon cameras? Verizon has also been having problems in the North East lately, not sure where you are located? What is the date of the firmware on your camera? What size and class SD card are you using, is it full sized or micro with adapter?
