No response when switched to “On”

To view the status report, tap on the little battery indicator or signal indicator for the camera there on the home page and that will take you to the status report page. Look at the date/time.
You probably have received them for your other cameras, but you don’t realize it because you haven’t looked at the date/time on the status report. (But you obviously know how to look at the status report because you found the red Format button. Just check the date and time there and you’ll know when the report was sent.)

The screen should be blank when switched to the on position. Turn the camera from off to setup and when it finds signal press the ok button to take a picture and press it again to send the picture and see what happens. I'm assuming you purchased a data plan and registered the camera on your Spartan account already and that they are showing on the app?
