    Turn off encryption in the camera settings on the app.

    I did but it’s taking a long time to update setting red cancel button at bottom of screen

    After you update the settings the camera needs to check in sending another picture or status report for the change to take affect.

    Ok so it could take awhile will the pics it took thatvare locked be viewable

    They actually won't unlock themselves, see the link below, you'll need to download a decryption file.

    If the red cancel button is gone from the camera settings screen the next picture should be fine.

    Eric,

    The settings change doesn’t happen until AFTER the next picture so the camera took/sent an encrypted picture, then it got the settings change to turn encryption off. Whenever you request a settings change, the next picture you get will be the old settings (unless you’ve had a status report scheduled event before) and then the one after that will be the new settings.
