What model camera? I’m not aware of any model that can’t use the portal. I’m running several ATTb from 2015 using premium.

Is the firmware current? Did they format the SD card? Sometimes resetting the camera to defaults works, but it’s easier when the camera is on premium because you can request a settings update and get your settings back.

Are you getting your pictures texted to you?

I am supporting this camera, but I was not there to install it initially so I don't have all the information. I just know that it is a GoCam, installed around 2017. Can you please tell me how I would ensure the firmware is current and SD card formatted?

Pictures are going to an email address, but it has not received any photos since November 22.

The model should be a gc-atti-kt(s150)

The latest firmware for that camera model is 1/31/2018. On the camera with it in setup mode, Menu, third tab, scroll down to Information and the FW data should be there. It wouldn't surprise me if the camera FW is not current. That firmware fixed dropped connection issue.

Format the SD card: camera in setup, Menu, third tab, scroll down to Format.

That camera can use premium and the portal, just FYI. However, it's a process setting it up and you may not want to deal with that. It's a lot easier to manage a camera that's on premium but getting it through may be more trouble to you than it's worth.

Here's the page with the firmware files for download and the instructions:

All that I have read, states that AT&T does not support this 3G camera.  I have the same model.  I have been told that I can use the camera as a stand alone and get pics from the SD card.  Please let me know if you get it to work sending pics to email.

    You’re responding to a three-year-old thread. AT&T has shut down 3G service.

In order to use your camera as a regular trail camera, go to the fourth tab in the camera menu and turn send mode OFF.

Thanks.  I just saw on EBay, someone is selling a Spartin 3G camera for $379.99 and reporting that it can connect to ATT, which I know it can’t.  Must have been a good year.  Others are selling a brand new Spartan 4G for $229.

I wonder how long we can continue to use 4Gs with ATT.

4g will continue to work for many many years. There's not even a 5g camera yet. Also an FYI, the 4g Gocams have a MSRP of $199
