I am not getting pictures.

I am not getting pictures sent to my phone. I performed hello test and I indicate test was successful. I did not see a picture pop from it. My camera was taking pictures fine prior. I did get a status report.

Where are you getting your data from? Try a manual picture, turn the camera to set up and when it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and press it again to send the picture. Watch what it says on the screen.

It's saying downloading from portal but comes up that error on spartan app when I click on photos. I'm receiving them through my Gmail. Not coming through on app.

Was it working and all of a sudden stopped? Did you get get a new phone? I would check the app permissions and make sure they are all allowed. Sounds like maybe the app isn't able to access the phones storage.
