    Is the cameras firmware up to date, time zone set?

    Yes this is the latest firmware and as far as I know the timezone is set.  On the web portal it says it is in UTC, but each image has the time correctly in EST stamped on it.

    You can check in the camera settings in the app to see if the time zone is set. Unless you set start/stop times you only need to change the main trigger settings. After you click update is that green update option turned to red and now say cancel? Those start/stop times should say off if you aren't using them.

    Ok yes turning the start/stop off seems to have allowed it to update perfectly.  Working as expected now.  Thanks for you help with that.
