No longer log into mobile app

Says invalid email or password. Have tried uninstall and reinstall, logging into website and changed password. Nothing seems to work. Android phone and it possibly updated but not certain. I sell these cameras and not good when I was showing a potential buyer the app and I cant get logged in.

  Another note, I logged out in the first place because when I would click on the picture in would say out of order.

  Go into your phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and then the Spartan Camera management app and clear the cache.

  Also try clearing data. Does your phone have storage available? Does the app have permission to access storage?

  Clearing the data worked . Thank you very much. Do you think it was from the phone update or just something you have to do once in awhile?

  Usually it has something to do with an update of some sort, glad you're up and running again.
