app not downloading, getting "currently no camera" message

    Have you tried logging out of the app and back in?

    I just tried it.  When I click on Log Out, it takes me to the "If you Log-out and Sign-in ... " warning message.  When I click on YES to proceed, it takes me back to the screen where Log Out appears.

    That message also can appear when you don't have a good connection, maybe when the phone is switching between wifi and cellular.

    OK, I finally ended up doing a un-install and re-install of the entire app.  Now, I cannot log into my account via the app at all.  I get an "invalid email or password" message.  I have verified that the same email and password still work for logging into the website. Any ideas?

    I'm at a loss, then. That's what I had to do when I reinstalled and couldn't get back in.

    Did you try to clear the cache and data after you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? If you did it before that might not have corrected the issue

    Only thing I can think of is make sure there's not a blank space before the email address or password

    I double checked -- no spaces before the email or the password.   After 3 or 4 attempts to log in, I get a "Do you want to reset your password?" message.  If I reply YES, it immediately goes back to the log-in screen and the usual password reset messages/email doesn't occur.

    Any other ideas?  Was there is recent app update?  This is an older Samsung Galaxy 3 running Android 5.

    The phone says that it is up-to-date and that "no update is necessary at this time."
