app not downloading, getting "currently no camera" message
Today (about 10 AM) my Spartan app, which had been working fine for months, stopped download pictures. While I can see the 20+ cameras registered to my account, I get the message "There's currently no camera on your account" when I ask the app to do almost anything with one of the cameras. Starting and stopping the app (Android version) does not help, neither does shutting down and restarting the phone. All is working normally on the web-site. Any idea?

Please try the suggestions in this article. You may need to clear the cache and/or data.

That message also can appear when you don't have a good connection, maybe when the phone is switching between wifi and cellular.

I double checked -- no spaces before the email or the password. After 3 or 4 attempts to log in, I get a "Do you want to reset your password?" message. If I reply YES, it immediately goes back to the log-in screen and the usual password reset messages/email doesn't occur.
Any other ideas? Was there is recent app update? This is an older Samsung Galaxy 3 running Android 5.

I would get in touch with tech and maybe they can do something or have another idea.
