    What model camera (GC what or GST what)? Where are you getting your data? What kind of batteries are you using?

    Check the online portal and see if they are there. If not make sure you have premium credits if your data plan requires them. Are you getting any status reports?

    Any chance the data plan expired or you reached your data limit and the credit card you have on file needs updating? If you have the date bundle package it sounds like you are getting your data from Spartan.

    What is the date/time of the last status report? How many pictures has your camera sent? On the portal, please look at Account, Wireless Subscriptions? Is your camera listed there? If so, what does your plan show?

    This is the second time my camera just stop sending photos. I change the SD card and it appears it is going to take a long time to format. The camera seem to be using lots of batteries lately as well. I really like and check my photos daily. Who do I turn to for support and help?

    Is the SD card to spec (32gb or smaller, class 10 and 80mbs or faster and full sized(not a micro in an adapter)) Did you format it when you put it in the camera? What model is your camera and is the firmware up to date?

    Look on the status report page in the app to check the firmware. Is that SD card also a class 10?

    That 10 inside the C is the class so that's good. Full sized card correct? Did you format it using the camera it when you installed it in the camera

    Yes full size card and put it straight in the camera after taking out of package. Still formatting I guess

    If requested on the app it won't format until the next time the camera checks in to the server sending either a photo or status report.

    You should be getting at least one status report a day, if you tap on the battery icon on the home screen of the app it should take you to your status report. Email me your username and password,  johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
