If you’re posting from a phone and don’t have the option to post a photo, switch to the desktop version of the web site and you should be able to. I bet Johnny will be able to make some suggestions for aiming your camera to increase your chances of getting pics of the cute little ducks.

I just want to be sure we're all talking about the same thing. Johnny asked for you to post a picture from the camera so we could see what the camera sees. That will help make recommendations for changes you might make to how the camera is aimed.
From your laptop, log in to my.spartancamera.com (using your favorite web browser), Camera Management. The click on a picture and save it to your computer. You can post it here.
Also, what is your sensitivity set to? Please check that on the app, in the camera settings.
-
I would set the sensitivity to normal, high can actually decrease the sensing. If the ducks are on the other side of the log then the log is going to keep the camera from detecting them. If they are on the camera side of the log then lowering the camera or angling it down might help.

If the goal is to take pictures of the ducks on the other side of that log and there's a way to move the camera so that it's toward the log on the right side of the photo and facing toward the left side of the camera, you'd probably have a lot better luck getting the pics you want.
