Photos not appearing
I've been receiving photos on the app with no problems but after I view them once, I can no longer view them. They show up on the home page but when I click on them to view, the screen in black. I have to request HiRes Photo in order to view them multiple time. Any ideas?

If anyone deletes a photo off their app, the photo is deleted from the portal (web site) and from everyone else’s app.
It’s best not to delete photos manually. Instead, use the cache days setting (on the Settings tab in the app) to set the number of days you want the photos to stay on the phone. I use 7, but I know people who use even fewer. -
Richard, are the pictures getting to the portal (my.spartancamera.com), are you still getting status reports? If you need a call send an email to support@spartancamera.com and they will get back to you.
