Camera not sending pics to app

I have a GC-Z4Gb2 that has just stopped sending pics to the app. It takes and sends pics to my computer, just not the app. It has worked fine until a week ago. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app but that hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

  Android or iOS. The camera isn’t the problem. It’s your app/device. Camera is sending pics to the server as it should if you are able to see them on the computer.

  It is an Android. I just powered my phone off and restarted, but that didn't work.

  You will probably end up having to clear the cache and possibly the data, but here are the steps.
