New Verizon Ghost cam setup
I purchased registered my new account along with the cams IMEI number. When I power on the ghost cam it finds Verizon network with 4 bars, but it says my camera does not have a celluar plan associated to it. It doesn’t give me a new setup option when I first Lowe it on.

Does your camera have a data plan? Did you add it to your Verizon cell phone plan or buy a data plan from us? If you bought a data plan from us, did you get both a receipt and an activation email?
If you added the camera to your Verizon cell phone plan, it sometimes takes a few hours for the plan to be active. With our plans, you will get an activation email once the plan is actually active.
The fact that it shows bars just means that it can see the network, not that is has permission (a data plan) to actually use the network.
