Receiving notifications but there are no new pics showing on app

I’m receiving notifications that I have new photos but there are no new photos showing on my app. I’ve had several notifications of new photos but there’s nothing there.

    It may just be delayed or repeat notifications from earlier pics. It's being looked into

    Daniel, check your app settings and make sure download only when on wifi is turned off and auto download is turned on.

    Can you look at the online portal and see if there are gaps in the picture numbers please

    I also received numerous notifications last evening/night but there were no new pics on the app.  I didn't receive any notifications or new pics throughout the night or this morning which was very odd.  Also my spypoint camera did the same thing - a lot of notifications yesterday evening/night but no new pics, and then no notifications or pics throughout the night or this morning.  Makes me think something wrong with verizon server or something.  Both cameras are on verizon.

    OK, if there's no gaps then you didn't miss getting any pictures, it must have just been something with the notifications.

    I’m getting status reports. Seemed to be working okay earlier today but I’ve gotten a few notifications this evening of pics and status report but nothing new in app again.

    If you are getting a status report but no picture that's usually an SD card issue. Try requesting a format from the status report screen on the app.
