Receiving notifications but there are no new pics showing on app

I’m receiving notifications that I have new photos but there are no new photos showing on my app. I’ve had several notifications of new photos but there’s nothing there.

    I also seem to be having the exact same problem as all of you. Around this time yesterday I was receiving notifications and no pictures. Checked my app in the middle of the night and pictures were showing up. I was receiving pictures all day just fine. Now today starting around 7pm central time I am having the same issue. Verizon is my carrier.

    Dan, the format will stay pending until the camera checks in sending a picture or status report.

    This is my second day with same issue. Notifications no pics. Same time both days around 6:30 pm until 9:30. Both cameras doing same thing. Just drove to both and they are taking pics. However they don’t send notifications until you open app. Any thoughts on this problem?

    It just started doing it again, sending a notification but no picture there. I have an iPhone and US Celluar is my carrier.

    No luck here. Three cams that should have new pics but nothing this evening. After doing the SD format, I haven’t gotten any new notifications at all.

    I’m also getting the same thing right now, this has been going on for several days now. The arrow in the top right corner rolls then stops and act’s like it’s hitting the bottom and then starts rolling again.

    Same problem...new batteries a couple of days ago and full signal....getting notification but just an occasional photo....have on wi-fi or cellular data..

    John Lockburner>>>>do you find it strange that this is happening to many of us just in the last week? there has to be an issue.....I will try everything that you are suggesting, but hopefully you are looking into this? and not sending us on a wild goose chase.....I did notice that most of my sd cards are close to capacity??? I thought they were purged every 30 days?

    I am getting photo notifications but no photos (some photos in between) I checked online and there is a gap between pictures 78-83. This was also in between moving camera to new location

    I am having photo gaps on the portal as well. Couldn’t happen at a worse time. Very frustrating.

    I am having same issue, receiving multiple new photo alerts and status reports but I don’t have anything new. My last status report was when the last pic came thru a hour ago, but I’ve received “40 new pics and 18 status reports” since then but have nothing new to show. My picture count is correct. Did the same thing last night as well.

    I’m getting notifications saying that I got a photo as well as a status report but no pictures are showing up. I just changed my batteries on Saturday afternoon and my SD card has a ton of space on it yet. What the heck is going on..?

    I am also experiencing this issue as of this evening. Very frustrating as this is not the right time to have these issues. I have 3 spartan cameras.

    Yes there is something going on and it's being looked into. It does look like the cameras are sending the pictures like normal but something is up with the notifications. As we get more information I'll keep everyone updated.

    Thanks for looking into it. Hoping there’sa resolution soon. I’m having gaps in pictures as well. They’re not being sent correctly if there’s some missing are they? How do I retrieve the missing pictures? Any eta on a fix?

    I just got 2 new spartan ghosts and neither one sends a pic to my phone lol but it worked I’m cellcom when I was there they said just turn on and go went their he settings there at the store and set them all up now nothing frustrating I’m sure it’s something dumb
