    I would check with Verizon one more time and if they tell you it's good again then I think you're going to have to send the camera in to be looked at.

    Just changed out batteries and now it won’t send pictures. There is a green light that blinks when I move in front of it.

    What model camera? Try defaulting the camera in it's menu and formatting the SD card. If you have any pending commands cancel them.

    contacted Verizon again everything seems to be good on there end.....I redid all the proper steps as per our previous discussions......have you seen this before just out of curiosity and what could be the potential problem??? I sent a message to Spartan requesting that I want to send my camera in

    the camera took 20 pictures however did not send them to my phone

    Unfortunately sometimes the cameras just break, luckily they have a two year warranty.
