Not receiving files after change to video only and a power down.
I have two spartan cameras that I recently changed via the smartphone app to video only. This worked fine for both. This weekend we moved both cameras, changed the batteries, and set them up in new locations. The proper power up process of moving the switch to set up and the to on after signal was obtained was used. Now neither camera is sending photos or videos to me. They are both in decent coverage areas and are about 50 miles apart so whatever signal issues may be present should not affect both. Gun season in Michigan starts in a week and this is really a bummer. Any help, especially remote fix, would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, my brother tells me that in the camera he moved, he put a new 64mb chip in. We will call this camera 1. The other that I moved did not have any chip change, removal or otherwise. We will call this camera 2. Sounds like we may be dealing with two different problems.
Camera 1: No pix since it was moved on 11/7. Last status report is 11/9 just after midnight (set to send at 1200)
Camera 2: No pix since it was moved on 11/8. Last status report is the night be fore the move, 11/8 @ 1203
So...Camera 1 with the new card is getting status reports but camera 2 is not.

Ok, camera 1 has too large of an SD card in it, the cameras max size is 32gb. They also need to be class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized, not micros in an adapter. Camera 2, any chance it got left in setup? Here is my procedure before walking away.
-Turn camera to setup and let it find signal
-Once it has signal press the OK button once to take and picture and then press it again to send the picture
-After that picture is received on the app turn the camera on and close it up and then move in front of camera to trigger a motion picture
-After getting the motion triggered picture to the app I am ready to leave
