    Please post a picture of the SD card. A class 10 4G card is probably too slow. Even the 8G cards are usually 49 or 48 MB/s and those cause problems. You need one that is 80 MB/s or a little faster.

    Wow, that's really really old. That definitely needs to be updated and you'll have to do it manually since it's not connecting. See the link below for the updates and the instructions.

    Hello test hello test should either say Successful or Failed. Johnny’s right about the firmware update. That’s very old.

    Ok so I downloaded the update this morning to my computer and saved to a 16gb class 10 sd card I then put it in my camera held the playback button switched the camera to the setup position when the camera said no image I again hit the playback button once went to the menu screen to default and set back to default then scrolled down to information and the date is still showing 4/16/16 like it didn’t take

    and I just did the hello test once again and it doesn't say anything when finished

    I’m done I’ll take my loss on what I paid for the camera since it was second hand (but working fine) but I would like for my money to be refunded on the subscription I purchased since I have not received the first picture and probably will not receive any pictures

    Make sure there are no numbers in parentheses after the file name on the card. If you do want to try and get a refund you'll have to email tech (support@spartancamera.com)
