Camera stoped taking pictures

Camera has worked all year and stopped Batteries are good show over half life No pics on SD cards and can not get camera to trigger Have checked all settings and firmware and Format card still no luck I run eight of theses camera and this is the only problem I have had Where do I go from here? Does spartan have service department? Or a return policy?

    Yes Spartan has a service and tech department and the cameras have a two year warranty. I think your problem is batteries though, especially if you are running lithium or an external set up. That battery meter isn't like a gas gauge telling you how much is left, it reads voltage so once it starts to drop you'll need to change the batteries pretty soon. Take a look at the lower right corner of the pictures and see if you have any showing anything other than P5, especially look at the night time images. On the status report what is the voltage showing and what type of batteries are you using?

    I was getting a lot of grass pictures (my fault) turned sensitivity to off. Moved the camera and put it back to normal but ever since then I have not recieved a picture.

    If you made the change on the app the camera won't get update until it checks in with the midnight status report.

    Thanks to all we are back up and running
    Tried to share camera and email addressed tried to accept but something went wrong now I cannot resend the share link to the same address
    How can I resend the link to same address?

    Go to account on the app and then shared camera management, click on the camera and you should see his name. Press and hold down on his name and slide to the side. delete should show and you can delete him. Then just reshare the camera.
