I would format the SD card and see if that helps if not then I would try replacing it.

I formatted and swapped chips and still no luck, however i see it wont get service, seems like the sim card could be the issue?

Are you seeing an error on the screen for the SIM card, if so what does it say? Any more status reports at all?

Its odd because i have 2 cameras and they both stopped sending pics within a few days of one another, i havent been able to go get the other and asses it but i assume it will be the same issue, i have premium credits and they have new batterys in them.

Is the firmware up to date on the cameras? When the batteries get low they will continue to take pictures and save them but they don't have enough power to send them.

Look on the status report screen on the app, it will either say up to date or you'll have an orange format button.

Check with Verizon and make sure the plans are still active. Which camera is the one you've had time to mess with, the V4 or the Z4? Do you have the camera in your possession or is it easy to get to?

Take the SIm card out and use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts and then put it back in the camera. You can also default the camera in it's menu.

The screen that shows the live view through the lens come on as always, and then it stay searching for service forever.
