no data on sim or incorrect APN????
getting a "no data service on the sim card, or incorrect APN setting. please check" message when trying to set up my camera again after sitting in garage idle for a few months..

My new camera is doing the exact same thing. I have another Spartan Go Live 2 and it never did this. I have the exact same behavior and have an SQ18 at top left but it toggles to sq19 sometimes back and forth.
I have changed SD cards 4 times, formatted everything and I’m beyond done with this… I really need it to work. Any ideas?
The support is ridiculous. I have been trying to make this camera work for 4 months. -

Did you install the firmware file that was emailed to you on July 13? If so, there is an even more recent one, dated 8/17/22 that you need to install. I’ve posted a link to the page where you download the file and the instructions are below the table with the files to download.
