    I figured it out. The issue was on my end. My debit card had been hacked a few months back and I failed to update my payment info. Working fine now.

    My new camera is doing the exact same thing. I have another Spartan Go Live 2 and it never did this. I have the exact same behavior and have an SQ18 at top left but it toggles to sq19 sometimes back and forth.
    I have changed SD cards 4 times, formatted everything and I’m beyond done with this… I really need it to work. Any ideas?
    The support is ridiculous. I have been trying to make this camera work for 4 months.

    Jake, what is the exact model number of your camera? Did it work in the beginning and then stop or had it never worked? Are you using Spartan data plans?

    Jake,

    The photo you posted on the FB page is of a GoLive, not a GoLive 2. Have you updated the firmware manually? The latest firmware is from August, so about two months ago. You’ve had the camera longer than that so there’s a good chance that the firmware needs updating.

    Jake,

    Did you install the firmware file that was emailed to you on July 13? If so, there is an even more recent one, dated 8/17/22 that you need to install. I’ve posted a link to the page where you download the file and the instructions are below the table with the files to download.
