My app keeps crashing and will not refresh. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 4x to no avail. It could be password related as I have had alot of issues trying to add 3 used cams to my rotation. Is there a way to reset the app and password?

  I don’t know if you’ve tried all these troubleshooting steps. Uninstalling/reinstalling are just a couple of the possible things to try.
  
  I don’t think the cameras are part of the problem, but you never know.

  The cams are reporting to the portal fine. Just can't get the app squared away now. App and portal worked fine for a few days, but after troubleshooting with Spartan tech today with some used cams issues, something changed with the app.
