Only takes pics and status updates in setup mode

We have a new 4g gocam and it only takes pics and sends status updates in setup mode. When I move it to the "on" position and close the camera front door it blinks green. Then if I request a status report from my computer it does not send it. Any suggestions?

  Thanks. Your settings screen shots help a lot.

  I don't see anything unusual in your settings, although there are several you will probably want to change once you get the camera working. Need to get the camera working first, though.

  Can you please post a screen shot of the status report from the app and also a picture of the SD card you are using.

  Thanks. Those SD cards should be fine. I’ve had to start using those because I can’t get new ones that are any slower.
  
  You did format in the camera? What happened at the time of the status report (a manual photo, just camera getting online, motion triggered photo)?

  Same that’s the only speed I could find. I formatted the sd card and the time of the report was a picture when I was leaving. I was on the phone with support and they said my camera seems to be offline for some reason after I set it up. He went through it with me when I was there at the camera and it took about 10 pics of me then nothing since. Shoulda gotten some pictures of deer so I’m wondering if it’s offline again somehow.

  The camera seems to be working now. The only thing I noticed is my time stamp is the same in every picture
