    What do you have your purge days set to? Does anyone else have admin access that might be deleting them? Look at the online portal and see how far back those pictures go, my.spartancamera.com

    I appreciate you quick response. So starting from beginning, I went to the on line portal, all my pics were there. All were available for viewing. So back to my mobile app. Logging out and back in did not correct the issue. Next I Uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Bingo!!
    All my pics showed up again. They all showed up as new. Problem solved.

    1 other question for you.
    Is it my understanding that the background download button should be in the off position for the best battery life? The default position is off. Thanks again.

    Just to clarify the battery life will be better on your phone, not the camera. I have background download turned on because I hate waiting for all the pics to download until I open the app.
