    You can send an email to support@spartancamera.com and they may have something else you can try but right now I would keep trying to get into that APN menu.

    The SIM card that's in the camera, did it come with the camera or did you take it from another camera?

    I was using the sim card that came with the camera.  I put a new att one in that I ordered from Spartan

    Did you update that SIM cards iccid number on the Spartan data plans?

    No I didn't.  I can do that!  But the cameras stopped working before that

    OK, if you haven't updated them and the original SIM cards are still showing on the plans then leave those original SIM's in the camera. WHat is your email address? I have a firmware that we can email to you that might help

    If the old card is what's listed on your account then yes put it back in and try the APN again.

    OK, I'm going to have someone email you a firmware update, not sure if it will come with instructions. Have you ever done a manual update before?
