Try going into the cameras menu and defaulting the camera. Where are you getting your data from, Spartan directly or through ATT?

The latest firmware for that camera is dated 3/25/2022. I’d try updating the firmware manually (by downloading the FW file to a blank SD card and using the camera menu, third menu tab, FW update, to update it).

Here’s a link to the page where you can download the file you need.

Well that didn't work.  Got it updated fine but the camera still don't recognize a tower service. What's next?

    1. Try changing the APN:

With the camera in setup mode, on the camera, press the Menu button, fourth menu tab, Diagnostic, APN Setting, password is 123456, OK.

If the camera says "System busy", just wait until it says it can't go online and then you should be able to get in.

AT&T: Spartan SIM should be APNSP. AT&T should be either APNBR or APNBL (choose whichever one it isn't already)

If that doesn't work, you need to get in touch with tech support. Either email support@spartancamera.com or call 770-582-0004.

Jeff if the APN change doesn't help go into the menu and click on register camera.

Is this the SIM card that came with the camera or did you swap it from another camera possibly?

It wouldn't register (it doesn't need to since it's already registered) but sometimes it can kickstart the camera. Are you sure there's ATT signal in that area?

Even though you tried a card from a working camera I would still try another. make sure it's 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter. Be sure to format the card in the camera.

I have done all of that John with no luck.  I guess I will get a ticket going and possibly have to send it back in.

Thanks to you and Elizabeth for your help!!!
