    Is the cameras firmware up to date? You can also go into the menu and try defaulting the camera.

    Your can try swapping SIM cards with a working camera to see if that makes a difference.

    How would I update the cameras firmware if it is not connected to the network?
    (I haven’t tried swapping the SIM cards yet because everything else is working perfectly and I didn’t want to mess up the other cameras. I will not be back to check them for two weeks but I have the camera that has been acting up with me.)

    You’ll want to check the firmware date for all your AT&T cameras. For GoCams, if the firmware isn’t 3/23/2022, you’ll want to update them manually even if the app status report says the firmware is up to date.

    Thank you so much to both of you!
    I just ran the firmware update by downloading it to my computer and saving it on the SD card and following the instructions in the link you provided. Camera works great now!
    The people on this group are always so amazing and I thank you again for your help.
