Camera Searching Network
Aloha,
I am having a problem with one of my Spartan Go Cam 4G LTE cameras. I was setting them up and getting ready for the season of monitoring
, and all 5 of my cameras were hooked up to the network and worked great on the day that I set them up.
Two days later one of them stopped connecting to the net work. I noticed this because I have it set up to send me a pic on every camera at 6 AM just so I can make sure they are all working on a daily basis.
When I went to the camera today, I turned it off, turned it back to set up, and it says, “SeachingSignal” and never connects to the AT&T network that all the rest of them do. All of them are set up on the same property, and prior to today all of them had four bars of signal strength showing. I tried a new SD card. That didn’t fix the problem. So I tried removing the AT&T Sim card and using an eraser to clean the contacts like I was told to do in the past by Spartan . . . Still nothing. So I went to the AT&T store to see if I could could get a new Sim card, but they told me they couldn’t help me and I needed to go back to Spartan. any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. My time on the property I manage is not a lot before hunting season because I travel for work. That’s why I love these cameras because they help me to keep track of what’s going on as far as deer movement. I think you in advance for your help.

How would I update the cameras firmware if it is not connected to the network?
(I haven’t tried swapping the SIM cards yet because everything else is working perfectly and I didn’t want to mess up the other cameras. I will not be back to check them for two weeks but I have the camera that has been acting up with me.) -

I just ran the firmware update by downloading it to my computer and saving it on the SD card and following the instructions in the link you provided. Camera works great now!
