Can you have both Verizon and Att cameras on the same shared plan? I'm interested in the Ghost cam, which are only available in the Att version, there's no Verizon cams available I guess My Golive and Gocam are both Verizon. Just checking to make sure all will be good. Thanks. Jim S

    Yes you can have different carriers on the same shared plan.

    Great, thanks John. I do use the live stream feature on the Golive cam , but I really like the on demand feature the best. I run the hybrid mode with pic/video. It's awesome to get HD pics and videos on request . I think the Ghost cam will be a great addition !!

    The Ghost functions exactly like the GoCam, it just has the internal battery and GPS tracker.

    In the description on the Ghost it reads HD pictures and video request transmitted on request . That leads me to believe it would function like the Go live. Request the HD picture, then receive it within a minute. That was the reason I bought the camera. Found out this AM when I requested a video. Then an HD picture.
    Came back here and found Elizabeth post , then everything became clear. It's a great camera, but I'm disappointed that I didn't get what I thought I should of by reading the description. I woulda spent the extra 20$ and got another Verizon Golive. Very misleading

    The GoCam also transmits HD pictures and video "on request". That doesn't mean "immediately when requested," it means  "only if you request them, not automatically" (IOW, save data by getting data-eating HD photos and videos only for the ones you really want. That description has probably been there on the Ghost info for as long as the Ghost has been available.

    I was puzzled why you wanted a Ghost since you like the GoLive so much. The GoLive also has longer videos.

    Set some scheduled events throughout the day so you don’t have to wait too long for the camera to check in.
