Go live camera stuck on logo screen

I purchased a new data plan, updated firmware, and put new batteries in it, and then tested it last night and it worked as normal and took pictures, today i took it to the woods to set it up today, and the screen wont advance past the screen with the logo that says spartan camera and the green light in front of the camera is blinking. No idea what to do.

    Try formatting the SD card in the camera and/or changing the SD card. When you look at the status report in the app, what’s the voltage on the internal battery? What kind of batteries are you running?

    Did you do a manual firmware update (load the update on to an SD card) or though the app over the air?

    I updated firmware on the app, and also formatted sd card on the app, and then i tried different SD cards, Running brand new energizer lithium batteries, my internal and external voltages are what they are supposed to be

    Yes it shows as current, the camera screen id just not turning on past the logo screen, and also i forgot to say when i request anything (status reports, to format sd card again, to update firmware again) even though everything was already up to date the day before, nothing will go past pending, and will not complete any requests.

    My camera is literally brand new i only had it out for 10 days last hunting season in november and its only taken 137 pictures, i think something might be broke in the camera or something that isnt a basic traditional fix

    What is the time and date of the last status report? Can you take a screen shot of the last one and post it here? You may need to change your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon.
