Cameras hasn’t taken a picture since 7/17, but other camera working fine with same settings

I have two cameras with both the same settings one camera sending pictures perfectly the other is not

  What is the camera model? Is it still sending status reports?

  The camera is a go camera 4G the signal strength is full and the battery is 5.7 V

  I recently had the same issue with a few different cameras.  Updating the firmware manually with the SD card resolved the issue on all of the cameras that were not sending pictures / connecting to network.
