Support timeliness is horrendous!!

Once someone calls the support knowledge is great!  The timeliness is terrible!!!  I run a business and can't afford these cameras to be down for multiple days waiting for a support person to call!  Hire some help or you will lose customers!

  Ok,

   

  OK 

  Spartan Live Camera.  New and just lost connection for no reason.  How can I get it back online.  Currently searches for a signal but fails.  Nothing wrong with Antenna or service.

  What is the camera model? can you post a screenshot of the latest status report please? You might have to turn your phone screen to desktop view to see the insert image icon.
